Therefore, our classic pizzas and traditional Bavarian meals are home- and hand-made and with great attention to detail. You will taste the difference! In general, you can expect a unique mix of Bavarian-Italian cuisine that combines the best of both worlds.

Our pizzas

Made by hand, the dough in our restaurant in Weßling is prepared according to a traditional Italian recipe. We use high-quality spelled flour because it is more digestible and satisfy hunger for a longer period of time. All doughs rest for at least 24 hours before they are further processed by hand, topped with high-quality organic ingredients and baked in our stone oven. Our pizzas are 100% made of best organic quality and many of the ingredients used come directly from Italy. Furthermore, most of the tasty herbs used for our pizzas come from our own garden. Because freshly harvested tastes better!
